It was a nightmare experience. I have never experienced anything like this before, neither in Australia nor in any other country where I have stayed in hostels or hotels. I checked in without any issues. That evening, I parked my bicycle in front of the hostel and after just one night, the display was stolen. I asked for help from a guy who works for Uber and parks his scooter in the hostel garage. At first, he ignored me, then he responded arrogantly saying that I couldn’t leave my bike there because it was a private area. Not only did he not help me, but he actually caused me more stress. After two days, I decided to give the place another chance and extended my stay. During the new check-in, when I was asked for my passport, I realized it was missing from my bag. At first, I thought I had lost it and filed an online report, but after thinking about it, I believe it was stolen because other personal items also disappeared: a backpack and a razor. I reported everything to the reception, but they simply told me to send an email to the manager. I did, but I never received a response. It was the worst experience of my life. I strongly do not recommend this hostel. :/
