Red Nose Hostel with Self-Check In

Location was nice, facilities were fine too.

Stuff. Rude, extremely unpleasant. I asked if I could check in Early as I was arriving at 6am. They told me I could check in Early as long I would pay extra, so I directly went there, no one has told me I need any extra confirmation and as hostel is self check in it makes sense to just go directly right? But nope. There was no one and guidance wasn't enough to enter the venue. It was freezing outside and I got so angry to freeze outside and guess what? After 4 hours, someone arrived and told me I could check in now and pay this early check in price, can you believe them?? When I called them and gave some drama, this rude lady said okay now you can come in no need to pay extra and she wrote "I DON'T WANT TO HEAR YOUR COMPLAINS!" Like she was doing a favor to me and had some superiority to talk to me like that. Extremely rude. That day I called an ambulance because I had panic attack and it seemed very close to heart attack, I survived of course, and it was because of my life events in general, but she and her attitude had a sufficient role to trigger my panic attack... I understand many people are cold and rude over there, but you are working with international people, you are having a hostel, all you have to do is to make sure your guests are taken care and you have basic communication skills, sadly she was missing both. I wouldn't go there again, of course.

Destination was too perfect. It was calm and same time too close to center of old town. When we came we weren’t any code for entering and nobody weren’t helped for check in . Rooms and bathrooms was clean really clean . So it was great experience generally for us.
