Cama muy cómoda, buenas almohadas buen desayuno, gran Spa!

Service im Restaurant und an der Rezeption. Ausblick

Zimmer waren schmutzig. Bettlaken zu klein und das ganze Zimmer sowie Bad rennovierungsbedürftig. Frühstück etwas mager und keine Eierbecher für das weiche Ei.

Mooie locatie met prachtig uitzicht.

Erg gehorig. Schreeuwende gasten.

Lokatie

Bereikbaarheid; via navigatie app kwam ik terecht op een geitenpaadje omhoog, met nul mogelijkheid van passage. Bleek verkleerde route. Zou helpen als dit door het hotel duidelijk wordt aangegeven, nl. volg de route via de Pilatus Bahnhof.

Die Unterkunft liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Pilatus Station in Kriens, eignet sich bestens für Bergwanderung. Wir sind 30 Min zu Fuß hingewandert aber nach einem langen Wandertag waren 40 Min.bergauf zu laufen ein bisschen herausfordernd :-) Die Terrasse mit dem Blick auf dem See ist bilderbuchschön. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.

Besser hätte es nicht seien können :-)

Uitzicht

Location. Location. Location! It’s up on a hill overlooking the city and lake and mountains. Stunning views, especially at sunrise. Even just watching the sheep on the hillside was pleasurable and so peaceful. Rooms are very clean and updated. Even the hallways look nice. The sheets are soft and crisp, wonderful down pillows and comforter. Having shampoo and conditioner provided in the shower was a nice amenity. We didn’t try the restaurant or use the spa so I can’t speak to that. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Check in and checkout were a breeze. Parking on site was adequate for our SUV.

The heat pump is located on the balcony and was rather noisy every time it kicked on. But it did keep the room a nice temperature.
