The Pavilions was one of the best apartments I've stayed at. Fantastic views, felt like l was at home and the staff were great. The winery, the restaurant and the museum were awesome. l highly recommend staying here for at least two nights, as we did to fully appreciate this magnificent venue. As a bonus the museum has there own ferry to transport you either to the site or over to Hobart for added adventure to your holiday.

Arriving at MONA was an experience in itself, lipstick pink bean bags strewn comfortably on the front lawn occupied by anyone and everyone enjoying the sunshine and MONA vibe. Chooks, peacocks and other feathered friends wandering around scratching for grubs or devouring crumbs left behind by lawn dwellers. Surrounded by native gardens, MONA is full on yet laid back and offers an experience around every corner. you find yourself looking at every object and examining it for its individuality.

An expensive but very special experience. Breakfast and the staff are marvelous. And the museum is, quite simply, fabulous.
