2nd visit just as good, prices for food are a bit steep

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! So amazing, the food & staff are excellent quality! If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing oasis make sure you book this hotel. The room was super clean, staff always say hello and smiling, food was top quality and water sports access was also great. This is now my favourite hotel in the world! Thank you to all the staff for making this the best trip!

Beautiful hotel, waterfront rooms have fantastic views and ambience. Restaurant has fine quality food with lots of variety. Plenty of water sports. Staff are very friendly. Only thing I would expect in an expensive hotel like this is at least a small gym amenity. Overall excellent for a truly relaxing holiday.

This resort was a wonderful example of luxurious accommodation, scenic surrounds, fabulous food at the restaurant, and polite courteous staff. The villas are well appointed, private and beautifully maintained. The views are very picturesque and easily accessed by all guests. It is a wonderful place to relax and recharge the batteries.

Beautiful resort in an amazing paradise, but what made this resort so memorable was the staff and our interactions with them. They were all so helpful and friendly. A couple of the staff that we meet had a great sense of humour that we shared a few laughs with, it made it just that much better. When we return to Vanuatu we wont stay anywhere else.

We went to The Havannah to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The staff made every effort to greet you personally by name and enjoyed helping you get the best out of your stay the enjoyed their work. The seaside villa we had was perfect. We indulged ourselves with a massage, a romantic dinner on the pier and a picnic on a secluded beach on a neighbouring island. The opportunities for snorkelling, swimming in our plunge pool and relaxing on our deck were readily available. We organised to do a sunset cruise, go fishing and visit the turtle farm. We took the resort bus into Port Vila to do shopping and snorkel at Hideaway Island. The meals in the restaurant were excellent and the entertainment provided on two occasions was top class. We decided the we must return in the future.

The minute we arrived at Havannah, we knew we were in for a super relaxing holiday. The reception staff were friendly and immediately put us at ease. The beachfront bure was amazing with own plunge pool, swinging day beds and views over the Havannah harbour. The breakfast was delicious with a full varied menu. We enjoyed unlimited use of the catamaran, snorkelling and stand up paddleboards. Kayaks were also on offer. all the staff including the cleaning, and gardern staff are friendly and happy. A holiday to remember forever.

Everything was excellent except the service of food and beverages. While the staff were lovely, everything took about an hour or more to come out making for very long meals. And when it arrived it was below average. (Not worth the wait). The included picnic was wonderful (best meal too), the facilities were clean and the available equipment was excellent- standup paddle boards, snorkeling equipment, kayaks etc. Best sunset I have seen! For these reasons I would stay there again. I would recommend this place to people with the tip of going elsewhere for meals.

Such a relaxing idyllic place, the lagoon pool villa was Beautiful. The snorkelling just out ftont of the resort was amazing. Only downside it’s a bit isolated

Wonderful, friendly staff, always saying "hello" with a smile. Beautifully appointed lagoon pool villa and delicious menu choices for breakfast and dinner. Really enjoyed the choice of water sports available and the excursions offered by the hotel, particularly the beach picnic.
