Hosts were exceptionally friendly gave me lots of advice about restaurant locations. The room was very clean and warm couldn't fault it. I thought the location to the city centre was really good and was very easy to find the motel as I drove into New Plymouth. Motel was well presented from outside grounds and building's well maintained

Only thing I could fault was that the electric blanket only worked on one side . Probably not an issue for most as they wont use an electric blanket. I actually forgot to mention it to the hosts but I know they would have sorted it if I had mentioned it
