Beautifully position on the beach

We arrived a bit after 6pm. Reception was closed. No sms regarding code for keybox. One email had a pin number. No reference that is is for keybox. The 4 digit pin didn't work to get the key. Had to ring after hours. Gentleman was helpful and finally after 30min we were able to get the key. Should clearly be stated when reception is closing and how to access the key

Perfect location, pet friendly.

Smoking smell was strong after turn off the AC.

This was a one-night stopover for us on our way to the Gold Coast. Like other Ingenia parks, the pool facilities were excellent, and the cabin was clean and well stocked. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the property is very dog-friendly. The short, easy walk to the beach made for lovely morning and evening walks with our dog.

I would have appreciated a broom; the sand from the beach kind of gets everywhere and it would have been nice to have been able to sweep it away.

Estuvimos solo de paso. Llegamos tarde en la noche y nos fuimos temprano al otro día. Pero la impresión fue buena. No puedo aportar mucho más.
