Staff lively and helpful

Dated rooms , very very dated spa as I have mobility issues the stairs to pool wher Scarey, the advent for this is miss leading it doesn’t say so a isn’t included till after you have paid but list pool add ask if you want to pay extra for breakfast, but no mention of spa. Took well over the 7 days to get the money back that Booking.com where met to send me and several extra phone calls

Too much noise at 1am

The noisy toilet pips at night and the torn sofa and ongoing problem with door keys.

Room was fine and bed comfortable

I asked for a walk-in shower which was intepretated as needing disable bathroom which we didn’t need

It was clean and housekeeping had done a good job. The hairdryer was good.

There was a lot of noise from banging water pipes during the night. It is very tired. There are still ‘2m social distancing’ carpet tiles in the corridor which is simply odd. The key card did not work to start and then was very temperamental. No conditioner in the shower, only a combined hair/body wash.
