"Una terrible experiencia "

Reservamos 3 noches pero nos quedamos 1, la habitación 3 que nos dieron no deberían venderla por insalubre, cucaracha, pelo en la cama, regadera y lavamanos sin presión de agua, Air acondicionado ruidoso, falta de enchufes. No hay secador de pelo. El Hotel está en decadencia.

La ubicación del hotel es en una zona muy tranquila, la vista y acceso a la laguna excelente. Dentro de la habitación faltaron amenidades básicas como toalla para manos y jabón para manos.

Es un hotel bonito, urge una buena administración, algunas personas no tienen forma de tratar a la gente (recepcionista turno vespertino, una de la limpieza su trabajo deja mucho que desear no cambia las toallas ,las dobla mojadas. Sin embargo mis felicitaciones para la señora Nikol que deja la habitación con una limpieza impecable, hasta los vidrios lava
