Best Western Hotel Saint Claude

Le personnel était adorable. D’une gentillesse folle. La propreté de l’établissement également.

Il faisait légèrement chaud dans les chambres. Attention, il n’y a pas la Clim. Mais la fenêtre ouverte permet d’aérer rapidement

Good location in the town. Comfortable bed. Enjoyable breakfast. Friendly staff.

Although the property advertised facilities such as pool table and bar, they were unavailable once the staff left at 9.30pm and the whole area was in darkness (plus unseen spiders webs in the open hallways)! Excuse given was security, but that made no sense as there was a whole security system in place that kept the hotel exclusive to guests only. Also for the price the hotel should have airconditioning.

Super friendly staff, amazing breakfast and cute location. Stayed here for a short stopover with a baby and they had already set up her cot. Highly recommend!

Pas du tout !! Très cher pour être sous les toits dans une chambre en pente entre 25 et 30 degrés avec uniquement un ventilateur. Douche exiguë qui coulait littéralement à travers la salle de bain … Mot de passe obligatoire pour entrer après 21:30 sans numéro d’urgence en cas de problème pour entrer et numéro de l’hôtel indisponible malgré un nombres d’appels conséquents. Bref mauvaise expérience malgré un cadre agréable de part le look de l’établissement
