Clean, quiet place close to the Redwoods and geothermal attractions. Friendly staff and well priced.

The tiles in the bathroom, shower and kItchen are extremely slippery and non slip mats were only provided after my wife fell and banged her head and cut herself and we asked for them. We said it was a safety issue and they basically made it sound like its our fault for making the floor wet (in a shower???). Then the cleaners threw away a full bag of baby food with non-disposable baby spoons which was sitting on the kitchen bench. Their response? We must have misplaced it somewhere. I'M sure there are muchanges better places where could go.

Had a whirlwind tour of Rotorua and stayed here overnight. The accommodation was comfortable, and well located. It is amongst a large strip of motels in this area. I was really impressed with how clean the place was and had good amenities. As I was only there for a very short time, the receptionist gave me an idea of the best way to use my time and see the sights (she also gave me some discount vouchers). Would definitely recommend this motel.

Great location, central to everything. Cafes nearby. Room was very clean and comfortable and having our own private outdoor space was a bonus. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommend staying there.

Quiet location, friendly staff helpful and very clean and tidy with loads of kitchen amenities. Loved the spa motel..close to city.

For the Price it's hard to ask for more, the Jacuzzi is a big benefit. Also 10g of WiFi...

The Geneva was a lovely stay. My partner and I stayed from the Friday to the Sunday. Our room was clean, we had a jet spa pool out the back and a smart TV so we were able to watch our very own Netflix in the evenings. The owners we very nice and helpful when we needed anything and the motel is only a walk from town as well. The only downfall was that there was a couple with two young kids next door, so we felt obliged to be home early and felt very paranoid about the noise we made. Also the kids were crying through the night and very early in the mornings. But We will most definitely be back

Surprisingly good as I hadn't stayed there before and wasn't sure what to expect. Great spa bath, very good TV which was accessible with access points for my USB drive (I watch my own movies I carry with me). Basic other than that but clean, quiet and comfortable (all equally important to me). Nice touch with a welcome beer too!! I will certainly stay there again (as long as I have the same room lol).

Enjoyed the private spa and rooms very clean. Could have been given a bit more milk for tea/ coffee
