Please note that when booking half-board rate, drinks are not included. Access to wellness center comes at a surcharge. Children under 16 are not allowed in the wellness center and they can access only the pool at restricted fixed hours. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Up to two small dogs per room (maximum overall weight of 10 kg) are admitted on request and upon acceptance of the internal regulation, with the supplement of Euro 30 per day each one. Larger dogs and all other animals, regardless of their weight and size, are not allowed.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. "Die Lage ist das Beste, an diesem Hotel"

Kaffee aus dem Automaten katastrophal. Als ich bei der Servicekraft einen richtigen Cappuccino bestellt habe, war zwar der Milchschaum echt,aber der Kaffee genauso schlecht, wie aus dem Automaten. Die Heizung wurde nur einmal morgens und einmal abends angeschaltet. In unserem Bad war es abends laut meinem Thermometer 18,6 Grad. Meine Beschwerde wurde erst nicht ernst genommen. Erst nachdem ich den Ton verschärft hatte, haben sie die Heizung nochmals für eine Stund angestellt. Die Fähigkeit Englisch zu sprechen, ließ zum Teil zu wünschen übrig.

The hotel staff was very kind, the room was amazing, and the views were gorgeous! I can't wait to come back and visit this hotel and area. We loved every second of our stay! The breakfast was amazing every day and we participated in the hotel dinner one night and it was so worth it, especially after a long day of hiking!

להכניס לחדרי אמבטיה מוצרי טיפוח ...לא היה שם כלום
