Please note that when booking half-board rate, drinks are not included. Access to wellness center comes at a surcharge. Children under 16 are not allowed in the wellness center and they can access only the pool at restricted fixed hours. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Up to two small dogs per room (maximum overall weight of 10 kg) are admitted on request and upon acceptance of the internal regulation, with the supplement of Euro 30 per day each one. Larger dogs and all other animals, regardless of their weight and size, are not allowed.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Die Lage ist traumhaft und das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und lecker.

Die Übersetzungen in der Speisekarte waren umwerfend falsch und sorgten für Belustigung.Das darf bei einer Hotelkette niemals zum Gast. Peinlich unprofessionell. Der Feueralarm wurde zweimal ausgelöst. Es gab keinerlei Information für die erschreckten Gäste. Nach Crans Montana etwas unsensibel.

"Desfasado. Decepcionante"

La ubicacion para la zona este de dolomitas es excelente (tre cime, Braies, sorapis …)

Hotel desfasado. Viven de las rentas y la ubicacion. Relacion calidad precio cara en comparación con muchos otros hoteles de Dolomitas con buen servicio de verdad. Coges hotel con spa por si el tiempo de montaña te obliga a quedarte horas en casa con un bebe y ..sorpresa: “Spa” inexistente, es una piscina fria (todos los del hotel que entraban, se iban con las mismas) Para colmo tuvimos que visitar urgencias porque nuestra bebe de 18 meses encontró y masticó una pastilla en la habitación de anteriores huéspedes. Quedó en un susto.

Food at restaurant! Does not look Italian. To much fried itens, does not taste good, high price and long time waiting. Sometimes the dinner takes more than 2 hours…

Belle situation face au lac. La chambre est très grande comparativement à la salle de bain qui est très petite. Petit déjeuner correct. Il nous a été demandé 90€ pour un petit chien pour les trois nuits passées alors que nous n’avons bénéficié d’aucun service supplémentaire. C’est prohibitif quand on pense que d’autres hôtels accepte les chiens gracieusement !

저는 이 호텔에 대단히 만족했습니다 불만족스런 후기들이 가끔 있기에 조금 걱정하며 위치 때문에 선정했는데 기대이상으로 너무 만족스러웠습니다 저는 1년에 90일간의 여행을 다섯차례 여행했기 때문에 200곳 이상의 숙소에 머물렀던 제가 이 호텔에 전혀 불만을 느끼지 않았고 쾌적하게 지내다 왔습니다 바에서 마셨던 맥주와 샌드위치도 맛있었고 조식도 만족스러웠고 직원들도 매우 친절하다고 느꼈습니다 호수뷰도 매우 아름다웠습니다.

저는 대단히 만족했습니다.
