Very super friendly and helpful staff,nice kitchens,I like that it has two kitchens as if ones busy then they can use the second one. Good facilities and lounge too.

I was a bit upset I had to be in a bottom bunk but fair enough,that I couldn't change beds since it was full I understand that,I just personally prefer bottom bunks,and I didn't find it very social either but in winter not as many people visit as summer probably and I respect people that want their own space,but I do love meeting new people and stuff,but that's ok.
