Haka House Auckland City

They have a late check-in. It is inside the city and near the city-link bus. It’s clean. All staff are really supportive. The room is extremely clean and has all things I need from where to charge my phone and the small private light for each bed. I met some nice and friendly women from different countries in my room and we talked a lot of stories. The toilet is pretty okay, if comparing different hostels, it’s good.

My 4-bed room is pretty small. But the 8-bed room I stayed in the 1st day was quite big but it’s in the last floor. After the 1st night, I needed to check-out to check in for the 2nd night in the 4-bed room, I needed to go out for check-out 3 minutes late since bringing my luggage up from the 1st room was quite slow and then my card was blocked, I could not open the door and I had to knock the door to wait somebody help me to open it. I called the receptionists as well but I was unable to call them on the 1st call, I could seek a help from a traveller on the time someone picked my second call.
