Had no lift I couldnt climb stairs so I didnt stsy there

Location was good, within walking distance of parks and downtown area. Facilities with kitchen and sitting area for working on your computer. Some staff were really friendly.

Cleanliness and poor sound insulation. The rooms were not very clean, the bathroom sink and toilet were stained from years of not being properly clean. The walls had stains from mold or something else, not sure but it looked dirty. The faucet had white crust around the opening, probably from mineral build up and again not being clean properly. The bedsheets had an underlying smell of sweat from not being washed properly (please use enough detergent to get rid of old smells!). The room is very small with no AC, there is some airflow if you open the windows but then you have to deal with insects coming in, the noise from the kitchen machinery on the outer building, and the smell of food and sulfur coming in.

Les grands espaces partagés...le mobilier actuel...l'équipement globalement varié...les grands frigos vitrés...

-Le laisser-aller de certains usagers, ceux qui quittent une table sans prendre la peine de la nettoyer...qui laissent de la nourriture dans des assiettes ou des tasses près de l'évier et ne font pas leur vaisselle... -Le manque de verres...j'ai trouvé 1 verre à pied dans toute la cuisine ??? -La "zone" dans les frigos : vous devriez proposer des cagettes plastiques de formats identiques et en nombre limité à chaque usager car certains y mettent d'énormes cartons, ce qui laisse peu de place aux autres...

Not so clean bathroom.

I like that it's affordable, the building design seems new and in a good location.

From when I arrived, the bed looks like it hasn't been arranged or cleaned from the previous user because the sheets and pillows were all around. Also, the double deck I had was broken and I woke up with bed bug bites which was really disappointing.

Room was clean and tidy. There's lots of storage to put your things in the one bunk bed rooms. Lots of space to store your food in the shared kitchen.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable.
