Hiroshima Peace Hotel - Hostel

For the price, definitely worth it. everyone is so nice and helpful. It does cost like a dollar to use a towel and the lockers aren't too big, so if you bring big suitcases, expect to leave it in your room. But, I never felt my stuff was in any danger because they have security cameras on each floor (quite honestly, I never felt so safe leaving things around in a room full of strangers, Japan is very nice when it comes to safety of possessions). The beds are pretty nice and the only issue I really had was that the showers are small and the slippers were way too small. The location is right next to a station so you can travel anywhere from there. Definitely will stay here again next time I come.

Always ready to help and nice hotel. Location is good with a supermarket to save $$$ on food. Transportation surrounding very good as well. Good stay!

all in all enjoyed my stay, would have preferred it if the cleaning staff left me sleep through their morning routines instead of waking me up to tell me they were cleaning. good location, litterally just across the street from yokogawa station. definitely worth the price and would recommend to backpackers especially

The hotel staff and manager were wonderful throughout our brief stay and very accomodating. This is a once-graceful, if modest accomodation. The carpet was years past prime and in need of replacement. The ceiling in bathroom had not been cleaned (some moldy part that could make an "X' in) and the underside of the cover of the valves for the soaking tub with slime. While rate was reasonable for two, can, if make reservations far enough in advance, at well-rated places for a few thousand yen more, but will get a whole lot more.
