Pleasant Hill Inn

The hotel is centrally located between many places, and about an hour east of San Francisco. The hotel is very clean, and quiet. The staff is polite and will accommodate your needs ( extra coffee, tissues, toilet paper, etc…). There is no breakfast served, but it’s also well reflected in the nightly price. We paid nearly $65.00 a night LESS than Holiday Inn Express wanted each night. Well worth the price and comfort.

Something as simple as better coffee packages for the morning. The coffee was fine, but the one sugar, one creamer per cup is not sufficient for a morning cup of coffee. Fix the soda machine so we do not have to bother the employees with such a trivial task. That’s it.

Good location. Older hotel with very worn bedding and carpets.

Adequate for one night stay, heater worked, shower was hot, bed was fine, relatively quiet. TV was weird.

I did not get get that warm fuzzy feeling from staff I am used to from other hotels I have been to. When I walked in, the place smelled like curry: appropriate for a restaurant but not in a hotel lobby
