Property Notes

Guests under the age of 16 are not allowed in the wellness centre. Please note from June until November the half-board rates include house wine and water at dinner; in the other periods drinks are extra Rates on 31st December include the mandatory New Years Eve's Dinner. Drinks are excluded. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Up to two small dogs per room (maximum overall weight of 10 kg) are admitted on request and upon acceptance of the internal regulation, with the supplement of Euro 30 per day each one. Larger dogs and all other animals, regardless of their weight and size, are not allowed.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Spa Bereich war ok

Im ganzen Haus,ausgenommen Schlafzimmer, war es frisch. Es war viel zu laut, Kinder liefen schreiend durch alle Gänge, auch im Speisesaal war es laut. Das Wasser im Pool war zu kalt, wie auch der Raum.Dass man für Bademantel bezahlen muss, habe ich noch nie erlebt.Haubenpflicht im Pool,wo gibt es denn so etwas noch.

Spa Bereich

Hotel war extrem kalt, in ewig langen unterirdischen Gängen verläuft man sich schnell, im Eingangsbereich funktioniert die automatische Tür nur sporadisch - sind 5 min vor der Tür gestanden. Abendessen nur lauwarm, Gläser waren schmutzig, Karaffen ebenso, das Buffet hat nichts mit einem 4Sterne Standard Essen zu tun. Zimmer sehr alt und sehr unangenehmer Geruch, Haare auf dem Bett und Kaugummis auf den Türen, Personal unfreundlich, sind nach einer Nacht abgreist. Keiner fragte nach Zufriedenheit oder sonstigem. Sehr schlechtes Hotel. Bin seit mehreren Jahren Booking Nutzerin aber sowas ist mir noch nie passiert. Das Hotel verdient keinen Stern! So eine Unverschämtheit! Ich will mein Geld zurück. Fotos auf Booking entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit, Betrug dieses Hotel.

"Hotel waar nog naar de klant wordt geluisterd"

Een hotel waar momenteel veel wandelaars hun hart ophalen. Het is schitterend gelegen in de bergen en een mooie weg om er te komen. Het eten (avond en ontbijt) was ruim gesorteerd, personeel behulpzaam. Receptioniste ook behulpzaam bij een parkeer mogelijkheid (in of buiten het hotel). Ook bij de muziek tijdens het diner (wat niet onze cup of tea was) gevraagd aan de manager of dit minder luid kon, wat gehonoreerd werd.

Colazione ottima, posizione suggestiva ma scomoda per raggiungere qualsiasi altro posto.

La pulizia non è eccellente. Il divano letto era scomodo. La culla per il bambino si richiudeva e la biancheria era arrangiata con un lenzuolo matrimoniale ripiegato.
