Our room was dirty! Hair in the bathtub, finger prints, smudges and glass rings all over the kitchen and furniture.

Fantastic staff. Well maintained. Good location.

No breakfast. Asked for room cleaning, only got fresh towels, but no new sheets.

Pillows were terrible, way to big dishwasher leaked all over the floor even though we didn't use it , stand ran it before we go there went and told staff and all she said was oh sorry

Handy to restaurants and shops

Sheet on bed was too small, it exposed the blanket which didn’t have a cover and felt yucky Floor had a greasy film that left footprints

We just stayed at the Sandman on Simon Avenue in Abbotsford. We liked the layout of the room but it was not clean. All of the hard surfaces obviously hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Lots of hand prints and smudges on every table, end table and kitchen counter. Greasy hand prints on the wall. All of the interior doors squeaked loudly. The carpets didn't look clean either. It makes wonder if the bedding had been properly cleaned. At least the bedding appeared to be clean. When we brought this to the staff's attention on checkout they simply said they would make a note of it and let the cleaning and maintenance staff know.
