DoubleTree by Hilton Wuxi

Was expecting more as part of the Hilton brand but was met with satisfactory experience. Hotel is a bit old or lack of maintenance?

Fine

In town for one night only to attend an ex-colleague's wedding. Booked hotel as it is only a few minutes to the airport (had to catch an early morning flight). Excellent service during both check-in and out. The receptionist was extremely helpful when checking out (before 6 in the morning) when she went out in freezing weather without a coat to hail a taxi (considering its a good class hotel in a very quiet area in Wuxi where taxis are rare). Room was clean and well maintained.

Hotel is crear and so the staff. English was not an issue. However, the hotel is far from main attractions, though bus stop and subway are nearby

Hotel is really nice. The staff did not offer the customary Hilton cookie. Executive lounge could offer better snacks and drinks.

Close to the place that I want to go.

Stayed here for one night Very nice hotel. Executive room was perfect. Executive lounge was a very pleasant change to the hustle and bustle of china. Free wine, spirits and snacks. Definately recommend this hotel
