There was no water in the pool. Found a hair in one of the clean towels. Hot water ran out the second day.

I had a bit of communication difficulty with front desk but worked it out. Room was large and very nice. Older property.

The bed was uncomfortable, smelled like smoke, had knats in the room flying around

The room smells so bad like an ashtray

Overall a very bad experience. Due to a mix up our only choice was a smoking room next to a barking dog and too close to the freeway. Towels where inadequate, the floor tiles where peeling up and the price was exorbitant. America's Worst Value Inn ... one and done.

Reserved online for 4 adults but we got there he tried to make me get 2 rooms said only 2 adults per room

I've stayed at over 100 motels, this lady at the front desk was the worst lady ever. She was mean she accused me of things that I didn't do, she asked me improper questions, was actually arguing with me about how my room key did not work and said it was my fault. The TV did not work. I had to get a different room completely because the key wouldn't work twice on the same room. Guarantee you is the most terrible experience I've ever had at a motel. I wouldn't stay there again if they sent me a million dollars.

That was the worst Room I have ever stayed in stinks there was dirty towels in the Bathroom bad service I will not recommend

I loved that it was pet friendly. Thank you for allowing my whole family to be comfortable.
