Muy bien el desayuno. La dama que atiende muy formal, me encanto su trato, respetuoso y cordial.

Llegué a la habitación 207 y no encontré un tomacorriente para conectar mi portátil y poder trabajar desde allí. Pedí cambio y me asignaron al 501, mucho mejor. Poco muy poco ruido y la mesa allí si tenía su tomacorriente. El control del TV muy viejo. Hay que presionarlo demasiado y varias veces para que acepte el encendido o cambio de canal.

El personal del hotel fue super amable y muy servicial durante toda la estadía. El precio es realmente excelente. La ubicación está bastante céntrica. Vale la pena hospedarse.

La limpieza de las habitaciones debe mejorar. Todo debería estar pulcro y no fue así, por ejemplo los pisos de las habitaciones. Me hubiese gustado que el hotel tuviese aire acondicionado o ventiladores, nevera ejecutiva, y secador de pelo. La bulla de la calle fue un poco molesta para poder dormir.

Tiene una ubicación privilegiada que queda cerca en carro a diferentes centros turísticos cómo Monserrate, La Candelaria, Parque Simón Bolívar, Jardín Botánico y otros centros como el C.C Mall Plazas NQS y Corferias. Los desayunos son buenos y el personal es muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas.

Cobran el cambio de toalla y la limpieza que le hacen a la habitación es muy superficial.
