Struttura confortevole, accogliente,in tipico stile alpino,vicino al centro del paese e praticamente adiacente agli impianti di risalita. Magico nella stagione invernale, incantevole in quella estiva.La SPA è minimalista ma soddisfacente e se approfittate del servizio ristorante,beh,avrete veramente fatto centro!

Ambiente intimo e accogliente, tipicamente montano. La sera viene acceso il cammino ed è piacevole trascorrere un po’ di tempo in relax prima della cena. Vi è anche la possibilità di stare in comodità in un ambiente separato, molto accogliente e silenzioso, organizzato con i divani e pianoforte per letture, musica, film… Personale sempre molto disponibile. Colazioni ottime, non avevamo potuto prenotare la mezza pensione perché già tutto occupato.

Our stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant and memorable. The atmosphere was wonderful, warm, and truly festive. The entire staff made a genuine effort to ensure that our stay was comfortable, joyful, and special. Their kindness, attention, and professionalism really stood out and deserve sincere appreciation. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the evening service, including dinners, was absolutely excellent — truly one of the highlights of our stay. We would also like to highlight how convenient the hotel shuttle service was. The shuttle regularly takes guests to the ski slopes and brings them back, which is extremely comfortable and time-saving.

However, we would like to mention some issues regarding breakfast. Unfortunately, the breakfast selection was quite limited and repetitive, with no vegetables available. During the holiday period, when the hotel was very busy, there was also a shortage of food, and at times it was physically impossible to get a proper portion, which was disappointing. Additionally, due to the hotel’s seaside location and the nearby mountain river, it was quite noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Despite these points, the overall experience was positive thanks to the exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere. With some improvements to breakfast organization and food variety, this hotel could offer an even better guest experience.

The Staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and had character. The Spa was small but had good facilities.

When we arrived at 9.40pm we were told there was no food available in the hotel restaurant as it closed 10 minutes earlier. We were then directed to go to the bar as they would serve us a sandwich or toast. When we went to the bar we were told this was not the case and all they had available was left over croissants from breakfast. We asked if there were any other restaurants open in town - and the barman said there was one (la Cage Aux Folles) but it was closing at 10pm and it was a 15 minute walk away...he kindly phoned the restaurant and they said if we could make it by 10 then they would feed us. Anyway on the way to this restaurant, 2 mins from the hotel, there was a bar selling food which remained open until midnight...So, whilst the staff were friendly and helpful they didn't get off to a great start...In addition, the rooms were very small even for an Alpine resort and the mattresses very unforgiving. Finally the ski room is a 3 minute walk from the hotel in an underground car park across the river - so not the most convenient.

Beautiful hotel. Perfect location in the centre. Shuttle to the lifts. Pool and spa. Impeccable staff. Francesco the maitre d'hôte runs a first class restaurant.
