"We had a nice two days at the hotel and met some lovely people."

The family that owned and ran the hotel were very kind and helpful. The food was excellent both at breakfast and dinner and we ate in both nights we stayed.

The outside of the hotel needed some work but the family are addressing it. The area of Carradale is pretty run down and not much to do especially in the rain!

"Quiet hotel with limited facilities"

V quiet location and breakfast was good.

There was a staff shortage which we were reminded of several times even though there were only 3 guests. Room was adequate but mattress too soft. Evening meal choice had to be made in advance and was average for the price. Following day we could not get a coffee at 12 am as hotel was closed due to lack of staff...

Staff were friendly and couldn't do any more . Beds were exceptionally conformable. The view was amazing and the weather was beautiful .

Having to travel on the single track road to get yo the hotel
