The hotel is on beautiful grounds very near the airport , with very nice staff.

Beautiful surroundings, very nice cozy cabin. Shame to have had to miss the breakfast because of early flight, am sure that would have been great too

Gotta take their shuttle to the rooms which was a bit troublesome.

Love the cabin! I didn't expect it to be an entire cabin. Very spacious. Actually too big for the 3 of us but I'm not complaining! The staff, although can speak limited English, are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They even packed us breakfast since we left very early in the morning. As well, they adjusted the time of their shuttle bus to get us to the airport early. The service I got was amazing!

The only thing I didn't like is the location. This is my first time in Japan. The hotel is way farther than I thought. There's no nearby restaurant to have dinner. The hotel has restaurant but the price is way beyond my budget.

The staff on the property was extremely nice and very accommodating. The chauffeur service was very timely and very helpful with luggage. Highly recommend

Make sure to have a taxi available to be able to get to the hotel when you arrive at CTS, it may be hard to make it to the hotel if you do not have this scheduled

The front desk failed to pick us up from our lodge so breakfast was very rushed before we had to leave The restaurant closed earlier than advertised and room service drinks were limited
