All was very good food excellent choice of cooked breakfast food, room very comfortable and beautifully clean, the breakfast waiter was very attentive and very friendly

It was excellent in every way!

TV was small, was trying to watch tennis and couldn't see the ball! Otherwise it was great!

Warm welcome from friendly hosts. Peaceful, quiet location with with easy access to the train station. Beautiful heritage property with a lovely garden. Comfortable, well appointed room. Good breakfast. Lovely lounge area.

Shower pressure was a little low but there was plenty of warm water.

"Great place reasonably priced. Comfortable beds."

Lovely hotel and staff, we were treated well. Excellent breakfast, cooked English or cereals available. 6 minutes to walk to the beach. Town is about 25 minutes walk. Parking was always available and free!

Other than no lift at the property, that was minor. Especially for those with difficulties in walking.

"Lovely hotel in great location"

Lovely hotel, beautifully maintained and furnished. Exceptionally clean, and very comfortable room and bed. The lady owner is friendly and helpful. Fabulous place to stay in an excellent location, near to railway station, bus stops, and seafront.

The stairs up to our room were a challenge. Breakfast between 8.00-9.00 was too early for us.

"FABULOUS"

Location of hotel, next to rail station and bus stop on seafront. The standard of furnishings really quite oppulant with added attraction of garden, swimming pool and more flowers than average nursery. Great breakfast and rooms seviced daily and car parking.

Car park to hotel , very short walk but a bit steep and could be better lighted. Some confusion over breakfast toast, you don't get choice of brown or white, only differant shades of brown.
