Scruffy and run down

The room was meant to be a family room and you could even get an adult in comfortable let alone adults and kids Room wasn’t ready , room had dirty sheets on bed and on floor near side of double bed was Donna meet and crisp off previous people , told owner and he said would get cleaner too sort and it never happened , my baby who is 8m old was Expected to sleep on a buck bed that was Dirty we just arrived home and bathed her and she has bites on her urgent care said flea bites .

The place was a joke bed was half in front of the window the heating didn't work shower was terrible we got half a toilet roll we accidentally set off the fire alarm as our iron blew up nobody came to check seen the guy when we arrived didn't see him again they say they do breakfast they don't the bar was closed all the time absolute waste of money stay away

Perfect location easy check in...

the shower was quite nice, the room and bathroom were too small.

we didn't see anybody from the hotel for the 3 days of our stay. We were the only people in the hotel, including the staff. When we arrived there was I women who said we were not booked in, she then checked and said that yes were booked in and we had paid for our stay, if we hadn't paid we wouldn't have stayed. She asked us to come back in 2 hours when she gave us our keys, we didn't see anybody after the first day.

Room was not available, despite it being a new booking. Parking is permit only. Requested a refund, but they took my money and ignored all messages.

Nothing

We arrived, the hotel looked abandoned from the outside. The doorbell didn’t work so had to telephone to be let in. The card machine wasn’t working. The place had a bad smell. The shower didn’t work, and the room was too small for a family room. We had to leave due to being unfit to stay with 2 small children.

Comfy beds, hot shower

Tight car park around back, but free so happy enough

Location and spotlessly clean. Bedroom was small but fine for the night. Good value for money.
