Very friendly hosts and they are ready to help you every time. Geat breakfast, you can choose between different options. The room and the bathroom were very clean.The bus station is near to the hotel. It was easy to find a parking spot near to the hotel.

The room was very small, a bit outdated and the carpet was somewhat worn.

Desayuno fantástico. Personal super amable y todo muy cuidado.

Está bastante lejos del centro, a unos 25 mins andando. Hay buses pero en Edimburgo no hay necesidad.

"Long weekend in Edinburgh"

The hotel is in a very convenient location: a peaceful area perfect for relaxing, yet only a short bus ride from Edinburgh’s historic centre. The staff were genuinely welcoming and always ready to help with anything we needed, from practical questions to local suggestions. If we needed something more, they were there for us. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and freshly cooked dishes that really set us up for the day. Our room was comfortable and the bed made for a great night’s sleep. Overall, we would happily recommend this hotel for a city break, just as we enjoyed it.

If I had to mention anything, it would be that the curtains could use a deeper clean, and the soundproofing might be improved — we were woken once by work in another room. These are small things, and I mention them only as friendly suggestions, as everything else was handled with great attention.
