Please note that all cancelations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival, and must be in writing (by letter or email). Cancelations within 48 hours of arrival will be charged the first night's stay, and no-shows will be charged the total amount in full. Check-in or check-out outside of the published times must be arranged with the hotel in advance. Please note that this property has no elevator but guests will be helped with their luggage. Please note, when booking 3 rooms or more, or 5 nights or more, different policies and additional charges may apply. Smoking is not permitted in any of the guest’s rooms. If a guest is found to have smoked in a room, a fee of GBP 250 will be charged.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
