"Pleasent stay"

Friendly staff. Good location. Very pleasant . . Breakfast was ok with good selection.

Furniture in the room could do with changing as desk very wobbly and coffee table a bit impractical. A bit dated for my liking but that's just my taste. I wouldn't have wanted our room if there had been a late night function going on as I could hear everything going on downstairs. Limited parking on site but plenty on the adjacent road.

"Ideal place to stay for a short visit."

All that you would want and expect from a traditional English b&b and more, friendly and accommodating staff, well stocked bar, very hot water at all times of the day and an exceptional breakfast made with the best local produce.

For me and my party, nothing to dislike.

"Friendly, Cosy and warm."

Room: Tidy, comfy, light and nice and warm. Bed comfy. Breakfast: Lovely, hot and tasty. Nice range of fruit, cereal, yogurts. Full English beautiful.

The only downside we thought was the number of cobwebs in the bedroom. Ceiling and downs side of cupboard. This wouldn't stop us from booking again. We are no contestants for "Four in a bed". Just a little disappointed with this part. :(

"it was lovely. the kids really loved the stay."

we had a cooked breakfast/ however i found breakfast very dry. However, when we asked for baked beans, we were told that this is usually not served. my understanding of a full English breakfast is that it is served with baked beans. my suggestion is that it will be good if clients are given an opportunity to know what is served.

Friendly welcome. Room very clean and warm and tea coffee etc in room with fresh milk and a little fridge. Beds very comfortable and bedding nice.
