Stonehenge Farmhouse

When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly, helpful member of staff. The environment was busy but friendly. The bedding was clean.

The room smelt musty, the windows were dirty and had been left open which had left the bedding feeling damp. The room needed vacuuming. The furniture in the room was old and worn out, there was no lamp just two big lights. The sink in the bathroom was very dirty and unusable. The shower tray had brown mold around the edges and the shower screen was filthy. The bathroom floor was filthy and the bathroom smelt musty and unclean. The bathroom sink was definitely a health and safety risk, it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.

The facilities and hospitality was praiseful as well as the privacy and organisation of the includes.

If pets were allowed and bed sheets etc were clearner it would have been better.

The location next to the farm, the property around it and the animals were excellent. Comfy sheets and comforters.

The rooms themselves and the hostel lacked a little warmth/ charm.’ Also 5pm is a really late checkin time with a 10am checkout, you can’t enjoy the farm or property as the times don’t align (cafe is not open until 10, neither the farm and they both closed at 4).

Staff were friendly, bathrooms and rooms clean and ample tv and kitchen space. Lovely garden. And we slept very well.

In bathroom, both shower and sink tap water are mixed with mud. Colour of the water was brown

Communal lounge and dining room was large and clean.

Kitchen and sink were so dirty. Water from shower stopped in the middle of a shower. It took more than 5 minutes for the water to flow again. We couldn’t shower because of that. Rooms and not soundproof. No coffee or tea available.
