Large spacious rooms, helpful & friendly staff, large pool.

Our bathroom plumbing had issues. The smell was sometimes quite bad. The TV didn’t work properly & need updating. Definitely need more cushions for the sun lounger’s.

I had an unsatisfactory experience regarding the early check-in policy at this hotel. I arrived approximately 4 hours before the standard check-in time, and despite the room being readily available and unoccupied, I was charged a half-day room rent for early check-in. While I understand that hotels have policies for early arrivals, charging such a disproportionately high amount for just a few hours seems unreasonable. In many hotels, early check-in is either provided complimentary (subject to availability) or charged on a more reasonable hourly basis.

We like the hotel and the position. The rooms are ok and the pool is excellent.

The bed was very hard and the amount of pool beds and mattresses was not enough and sometimes had to get a taxi to the beach.
