NAP Barnet

I booked a double room for my parents and as we arrived they saw my mum walking with her stick and they upgraded them room at no extra charge and on the ground floor - amazing! Short stay, but with all the comfort and very close to my house! I would suggest NAP Barnet to everyone looking for an accommodation in High Barnet!

Good communication throughout between NAP Barnet and ourselves, especially regarding our arrival time, which we had to change. Our stay was easy, very convenient for our visit to family and considering the heat this weekend the room was comfortable and surprisingly cool.

Hotel was easy to find, rooms were clean and welcoming. No one there to greet us but lady on phone was nice and communicated everything to us. Got the keys out of the box easy enough. Good location near to a variety of food options. The added fan and free bottle of water in room was a life saver in this heat.

My room would of benefited from somewhere to hang clothes with hangers. The doors are quite loud when they close. Parking was easy enough to find with the hotels instructions, but very limited on numbers, which didnt impact us luckily, however only being able to pay for 24 hours at a time was frustrating. We were in a festival for the whole next day with extremely horrid phone signal! Managed by the skin of my teeth to get another 24 hours parking. I know it may not be hotels fault but if they can change it or put it forward to people who are about being able to book for longer at a time would be great!

I was lost my way to the place, staff were very kind stayed on the phone until I reached there Room is very clean, well organised place
