"Take good quality ear plugs!"

Staff were very friendly. Showed me the room and made sure I knew how to check out early morning.

Room was in the beer garden, so was very noisy. I had earplugs but still got kept awake until midnight. Room was absolutely freezing when I arrived. I don’t feel the cold, but had to put 2 x heaters on as soon as I arrived and left them on all night. Would hate to stay there when the weather’s colder.

"Friendly staff ( apart from the Leeds shirt)"

It's sited in a pub .£5 taxi to city centre in daytime.

Parking is terrible ( you have to park on the terrace streets), no hot food served, steep stairs to 1st floor room.

Great service, friendly staff, great location.

Only our pillows. They were a bit hard but we all have a personal preference when it comes to pillows. 😊
