Everything but the charge for getting in early. The discussion on the phone to get in early didn't mention the charge . The only negative, Everything else was great 👍

Asked to get in early , staff were very polite and accommodated our request. When we collected the keys we were told there was a 15pound charge?

What a gem, room and generous modern bathroom with stand alone bath and walk in shower separated by your own little hallway. Just a lovely little set of rooms at the back of a quiet cobbled street. Absolutely charming. Modern and thoughtful furnishings. Generous coffee and tea facilities. Brilliant breakfast in cafe opposite, no fuss overnight stay.
