Very welcoming. Hospitable and ready to engage in a conversation with you. I was allowed to even checked in very early. Cat is wonderful, always ensuring you are comfortable

Lovely clean tidy room , excellent breakfast, close to all amenities, cath and Damon were excellent hosts , nothing was too much trouble, we enjoyed a few games of pool in there guest lounge and a few drinks in cosy bar area , will definitely stay again when we visit Blackpool , Thankyou Kerry & Barry xx

owner was extremely friendly and attentive without being over bearing. doesn’t look as big as it is from the outside. room was more than adequate for what we required.
