We had amazing stay. Room was very clean and had everything you needed. Met the owner who was lovely also.

The guest rooms are excellent for the money you pay to top that off the staff are supper friendly . The location of the guest house is excellent beachfront is no longer then 5 mins walking food is close by theres also 2 shops very local ( Tesco Express) ( Co-op )..

Great location near everything but hard time finding some where to park

Good but complete lack of presence from hotel staff. Door codes texted to us. Did not see any staff throughout the 3 days.

Lot of noise from room next door. Sounded like ambulance service. No sound proofing at all. Had a guest walk into our room!

Was so lovely, the staff were the friendliest people I've ever met. They were also extremely helpful and gave great information on the area. Would recommend staying here. And only a short walk to the beach. Felt very welcomed here.

Room was not as the photo on the site. Decor was outdated and the room felt grubby

Nice guest house, kettle in room didn't work, no one to ask about replacement. Came back from bathroom at 6 o'clock in the morning only to tread in liquid on floor on closer inspection this turned out to be urine which as you can imagine took the shine off my stay.

When you arrive you have to let yourself in the front door with a pin num also you use a pin number for your room door. I don't particularly like that. There is no one around to speak to if need be and there is no lock on the inside door which I didn't like, I didn't feel as safe as I would have with at least a chain lock. Room is fine, has all you need. Plenty of wardrobe space and lots of tea, coffee, milk & sugar which is excellent also 2 packs of very nice quality biscuits. The decor however is awful, black and magnolia with a black ceiling!!!!! The bedding is cheap polycotton which although clean, it smelled very clean. Is pilled/bobbled and over washed looking. Also 2 black pillowcases which had bits all over them. They WERE clean but black shows up everything. I say burn the bedding and buy 100% white cotton which can be boil washed and is so much nicer. Bathroom floor tile was missing nearly all the grout. There is a large shared kitchen & dining roo. Which I didn't use. Good for family's or take out food. It's close to the beach and only 10 min walk into town. It was a very pleasant quiet area too. Would I stay there again? Not sure to be honest.
