The decor was very cute. The host and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this site to family and friends.

Convenience to where I needed to be.

I've held off writing this review despite receiving a phone call from the owner a couple of days after I checked out who advised me that he was going to respond to my review on their website which I cannot find and I haven't received any sort of written apology except for " a free night stay" when I'm back but upon reflection I was told it wouldn't be in the family room because its " more expensive" even though I paid for two nights in the family room at the cost of 250 in total. Not having the feedback after the phone call has annoyed me as such as I explained I was a former hotelier, but I now will not take up their offer of a free night and simply let the matter rest and I just won't stay or encourage others to say. Derry is a small place. As for my experience I won't share it here as I gave my word to the owner that I wouldn't but I am disappointed in the follow up. He has my card details and if anything now at this point should offer a partial refund.

breakfast was delicious and the outside gardens are stunning. It's an older property but well maintained and the hosts are delightful. The have you self check in which is nice cause you don't have to worry about connecting.

The house itself is beautiful with lovely furnishing. It also has a very nice garden. The host/manager was delightful.

The only complaint i have is the shower in our room was about the size of a vertical coffin. It didn't even have room for our shampoo. The wifi was also listed incorrectly in our room. My pour wife spent an hour thinking there was something wrong with her phone.

A lovely guest house in a pleasant part of Derry- not far from the centre of town. Off road and secluded parking. Room was comfortable and the staff/owner were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Had a nice guest kitchen that was very useful. Would stay here again.
