Le déjeuner est excellent. L’accessibilité est très à l’autoroute, au train de banlieue et au REM est facile. Le prix de la chambre est encore accessible contrairement à celle située à Montréal.

Nous aurions apprécié qu’il y ait deux chaises confortables et non pas une seule. De plus, la tapisserie mérite un rajeunissement.

Le ménage n’était pas bien fait, les poubelles pas vidées à notre arrivée.

The whole experience here was disappointing from the first. The parking lot is small and cramped. The receptionist was extremely unpleasant and curt. And worse was the suite we booked--which consisted of 2 bedrooms for 4 friends on a spa trip. First of all, the bathroom is a huge room that takes up half the suite, with only a tub, plus a small room with a toilet, sink, and shower - all lined in mirror and with clear glass doors and windows everywhere. You could not use the toilet with privacy as you could be seen from every angle and even the front door! The shower was large with a WINDOW looking out onto the rest of the space, and a stripper's pole (??) in the middle. Plus the staircase going up to the second floor was in the MIDDLE OF THE BATHROOM. I don't know what the purpose of this set up is but it is not for friends or families. As well, the double doors to the balcony (also located in the bathroom!), did not lock but only closed with meagre hooks. Very easy for someone to break in. Although the suite is for 4 people, there were only two chairs - making it impossible to sit and talk comfortably. Only one blind in the main room was openable. The space is dusty and needs a deep clean. And although we booked for 4 people there were only 2 towels, housecoats, glasses, etc. - and after asking the receptionist for more, they were simply never delivered. The whole stay was odd, confusing, uncomfortable, and disappointing. And the lack of any kind of warm welcome (in fact, an aggressive one, like we were bothering staff) was just the icing on this weird cake.

Les chambres à l’étage ne disposent pas d’ascenseur… donc si vous avez une grosse valise… Le petit déjeuner est à revoir (mais la salle a une vie magnifique)
