Piękne położenie obiektu ,wszędzie blisko - trasy spacerowe , plaża , przeurocze miasteczko , restauracje , sklepy .Obiekt usytuowany przy rzece z pięknym tarasem . Pokoje przytulne , czyste na wyposażeniu ręczniki , kosmetyki pod prysznic . Jest również czajnik , duży wybór herbaty ,kawa .Śniadanie pyszne możliwy wybór preferowanych zestawów śniadaniowych .Parking dostępny dla gości .

Wszystko mi się podobało . Chętnie jeśli będzie taka możliwość przyjadę ponownie

Breakfast was very good, especially the eggs. Locally sourced produce. The location was great close to town and good restaurants. The accommodation was very comfortable. Lorna & Steve were very friendly hosts.

I was looking forward to indulging in a full English breakfast both days we were there, something I never do at home, but unfortunately an ill timed bout of dyspepsia prevented it. Unfortunately, whilst the spirit was willing the flesh was weak. Luckily, there were perfectly acceptable alternatives that meant I didn’t go hungry. I will get over it but it may take time.

A longer visit is the only thing I can think of.

Nice location lovely staff very attentive couldn’t do enough for us, cannot fault this place, also parking on site which is quite rare for lynmouth, we will be back, thanks for a lovely stay from Darren and Wendy

Location is beautiful, close to amenities and wonderful scenic walks and to start off the day Steve's fantastic breakfast

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our break away, wished we could of stayed longer

The location is perfect, right next to the river and just a few hundred yards from the village centre. Our breakfasts were lovely, fresh cooked every morning. Tea and coffee as well as fruit juices were plentiful.

The weather was the only down point of our stay, but that is the UK!

The hosts were so welcoming, and accommodating , breakfast was amazing, very very good B&B

No improvement required perfect in every way
