Clean, comfortable, good location for the piers n beach. Very friendly staff, made sure we had everything we need :)

At present, for breakfast must informed by previous evening. No on spot option. Preferred, breakfast can be added while booking as an option.

Friendly man at reception, good quality toilet roll and tea bags, good plug sockets nice room and furniture spacious bathroom

Run down, no hot water other than electric shower, room not cleaned for second night had to request tea bags and milk, noisy at night needs updating n a lick of paint

Gorgeous room we alway here when we come to Blackpool we stay for a week for our honeymoon and we stayed in a bigger room this was was amazing

Just dnt like the look of the outside which is a shame as it’s beautiful inside

Hotel was clean and tidy and well presented, comfortable beds, bathroom and shower spotless. Location is excellent - would particularly recommend the Italian eatery “Pizza Grazie” just 50 yds from the hotel, tram station right across the road gives quick access to everywhere.

Hotel operates a “communication with host by text only” policy, which de-personalises the idea of a guest house. It is not a major issue until there are problems - which there were on the first night with overly intoxicated guests fighting in the next room, this should have been dealt with promptly but was left to go on for a long time, despite us texting the management. This really unsettled the children staying with us. There is no bar and the hotel has a strict “no alcohol in room” policy with threat of a surcharge if alcohol consumption is suspected, we accepted this but weren’t aware of this before booking, it is not stated on the listing on booking.com, so be informed. Our room (8) had a strong damp/musty smell which may have been the result of damp/leak in the ceiling, which seemed to have been (wall)papered over. It was not enough to make us move room although it was very noticeable.

Good location for the Pleasure Park and not far from the centre of town.
