The owner was lovely. Very accommodating, professional and personable. Bottles of water in the room were a nice touch. We were upgraded for free to a Seaview view room with a 4 poster bed. Wonderful location too. No complaints at all and we were able to book a last minute late check out for a reasonable extra cost.

It is in a great location for shops, restaurants and entertainment. The rooms are clean and comfortable and really makes you feel at home. The breakfast is tasty and has a good selection for a good price. Definitely somewhere to keep coming back too

Close to all amenities. Beds were comfortable.

Windows creaked. Big gaps around window seals allowing the wind to blow the curtains about. Big gap under door and around fire escape exit.
