"Very surprised by this hotel, its excellent location and the staff. Pillow were the only down side."

Location is fantastic, staff very warm welcoming and helpful. Room was very nice, spacious, nice features, clean, bright, great blackout blind.

Pillows. No bounce in them at all, and very uncomfortable.
