Location was great. Room size was great.

The air conditioner wasn't working the best, so a little cold. There was no chair except a desk chair to sit on. Minimal bench space in bathroom.

The bed linen is very poor quality and I hardly slept but woke up with a rash around one of my eyes! The pillows are disgusting $8 tontine cheap pillows and a pillow that was so bad in shape you could not use it, I think these pillows are children's pillows and would not give anyone a good nights sleep! One of the two towels was thread bare and only suitable for cleaning rags! I paid good money for a good nights rest but your hotel fell very short of that! Also I tried to ring around 12 times throughout the day to let staff know my flight was going to be late and someone only answered after all those calls.

Having car‑parking facilities with direct access from the basement to the room levels is extremely convenient, especially for families.

• Bathroom drainage problem — shower water got blocked while taking shower, no where to go, forcing to change rooms. • Refrigerator not working — basic amenity not functioning. • Poor cleanliness — hair in the bathroom, dirty carpets, dust in corners. • Access card failures — cards repeatedly not working, causing inconvenience.

The staff were not professional. room was smelly, uncomfortable and suffocating, worst ventilation.
