Potential to be very nice location was

Was funny smell in room, toilet was dirty, staff seemed uninterested, poor customer service and unhelpful.

The cabin was so cosy and the location was easy to find. It was nice being able to sit outside overlooking the garden. The bed was super comfy, shower was great. Some cereal/milk/teas, coffee, a few biccies and some jams were provided.

It would have been nice to have a decent knife to chop stuff with, and a small chopping board. We were at an event at Elvigton airfield, just wanted to make some sandwiches/prepare a salad to take with us. Not a big deal but if you were going to use the BBQ and wanted a bit of salad/wanted to slice open a packet of burgers etc, a decent knife would be a welcome addition and something to chop on. We also ran out of toilet paper/tea coffee and sugar 2nd day (we were there 3 nights). I did message but no-one replenished them. Unfortunately we were out early and back late on that day so I didn't want to disturb anyone when we got back but would have appreciated someone reading the message and dropping those things over (there was a box of tissues which saved the day). I hasten to add these things did not spoil our experience in any way and we would definitely stay there again.

Good idea for boot stand for mucky shoes Well equipped kitchen mini oven and boiling hob 👍🏻 Separate bins for recycling

Water for washing up was only ever warm and had to run tap and waste water so resorted to boiling kettle Freezer in top of fridge not brilliant ,we had melted Icecream even after turning settings up

Fantastic communication. Lopves the complimentary cereal for breakfast. I would recommend it.

Very well equipped

Nothing - but more outside seating and some garden maintenance would make it excellent!
