La cervecería, el servicio de limpieza y reposición del minibar, la ubicación y el desayuno son muy buenos

Las camas y almohadas son algo incómodas, las piezas son calurosas en general

The breakfast and location are excellent. It was the best hotel breakfast we had during our week-long trip. They offer everything you could possibly expect from a breakfast buffet. The hotel is located right next to Brno’s Old Town Square, making it a very safe and convenient place for sightseeing. For parking, we used the underground parking garage near the Janáček Theatre as recommended by the hotel. It is close to the hotel, secure, and convenient.

Úžasně vstřícný a ochotný personál, skvělé místo polohou i vybavením, pohostinné, výborná snídaně

Ocenila bych lepší ranní kávu - třeba kávovar na kapsle nebo tak - ta překapávaná dostatečně neprobudí...

The location was good. Quiet room. The Pegas restaurant.

The Air conditioning was not working at all for the 3 nights we were there which made the small room very hot especially when trying to sleep. We did complain about this after the first night but unfortunately this was not rectified. No English language TV stations. The bed was not particularly comfortable and the pillows were much too soft for me but this is subjective. The room at night let in light so the room was never completely dark. This seemed to be coming from an external light so suggest bigger and better black-out curtains in room.
