"Nice facilities and staff but poor management"

Great location, nice facilities, clean rooms, friendly ish stuff

Poor planning with the reception in the building across and the breakfast buffet that gets very crowded. Wanna borrow an iron not need to walk across the street. Reception staff too busy running the bakery too. Poor management
