There was plenty of parking and the rooms were spacious. There was no queueing at meal times. Restaurant and bar staff were friendly and attentive. The decor has improved since our last stay.

Reception staff were not welcoming. I do not think the charge to use the spa was fair, especially as the facilities were basic.

Very spacious room with air con. Great to be able to use the gym and pool.

Location was a bit far out from Hastings. Breakfast was average.
