Excellent for couple get away. Relaxing and taking it all in

Ikies is really nice. We loved that it was on the end of Oia, so it was quieter than other more busy hotels. The staff was awesome - they took great care of us. The views from our balcony were breathtaking.

Great property. Very helpful and genuinely nice staff. Reasonably priced and location can't be beat!

My wife and I had an absolutely lovely stay at the Ikies. The hotel has a very bespoke, boutique luxury vibe and is impeccably well maintained, and tailored towards couples (like most of the island is). I was a bit apprehensive at first of the location (being at the very eastern edge of Oia), but this ended up being a blessing in disguise as we had amazing views of the entire village (and were away from the tourist riff-raff) yet a five minute walk away from restaurants. Breakfast on our private balcony overlooking the caldera was the highlight of each day, as was the privacy of each room’s outdoor sitting areas. The receptionist (Eliza) has the best local suggestions, and was always willing to help in any way. My one complaint is that the bathroom for our room (Sailor’s) could definitely use updating given the high price point of this property. Ikies is definitely worth the splurge!

Upon arrival, we noticed the toilet bowl leaking in the bathroom and producing a strong and UNHEALTHY urine odor in the room. We notified the reception and requested another room. They offered to move us to another room for the first night, but we had to return to the initial room for the second night (without any repairs to the toilet bowl), because they were totally booked and could not fix the problem on time. We requested either a stay in another room for both nights or a refund of our money to seek other accommodation. Initially, they were refusing to return any money insisting that we had the stay in the original room. Finally, after a long evening of exchanges, and when they realized they were wrong, they told us they will refund our money and the refund will be coming from Expedia back to my credit card for the entire amount.

Awesome location If you are looking to have a relaxing and scenic view away from the noise and hustle bustle. Walkable to the blue domes and many restaurants on marble street. The hotel staff is super helpful and we had a great time. It is close yet just far enough from the main road so when you get off the taxi you don’t have to drag your luggage to middle of town as their staff helps out. Something families with kids can appreciate. Bathrooms are new but you will need slight height adjustments if you are over 6 feet:-) I highly recommend this hotel..... They bring your breakfast as per your schedule and lay it out on the table in the patio. Very convenient.

The Ikies was absolutely amazing. We stayed in the Fisherman's House, which is their smallest room. It was super cozy and comfortable, and we did not feel like we needed more space. The location of the hotel cannot be beat, as it is near the end of Oia. The views from our balcony were spectacular, and we felt like we could enjoy Oia's famous sunsets sitting down with a meal or glass of wine without contending with large crowds and hordes of tourists. The atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing. The hotels' service was excellent. The hotel staff (Eliza and Lisa) were very warm and helpful, suggested great restaurants and activities, helped us make bookings, were very communicative prior to our arrival, and met us during arrival and departure to help with carrying our luggage down and up the steps between the hotel's premises and the parking lot. We had an early flight out of Santorini, and the hotel went above and beyond to make sure that we had breakfast delivered to our room the night before, along with a kettle to make coffee. Breakfast was served each day on our balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean and the town of Oia. Everything was very fresh and delicious. We could not imagine staying elsewhere in Oia.

Everything from start to finish was absolutely amazing! Everyone made our anniversary trip so very special and went above and beyond. They were so kind and welcoming! The hotel is in such a perfect quiet spot with the best views away from the crowds. The room was beautiful and the breakfasts were delicious! We miss Ikies and the staff already :)

Best location in town! Perfect to watch sunset and walking distance to Oia. Costumer service was great and so accommodating. Breakfast and food were ok, but not the best. Decor, ammenities and comfort of room were excellent. Overall highly recommend!
